GNI is pleased to provide you with Online Registration for our 24th Annual Gathering. Your registration will be processed quickly and accurately by completing the online registration form which is transmitted to the Business Office through our secure server. Use this web page to register for the Gathering, Bus Transportation or if you desire to join or renew your membership.

By submitting your registration online, you certify that you are at least 21 years old as of the date of your arrival at the Gathering.

Furthermore, by registering online, you certify that you will review the entire application and certify that all data you submit is true and correct. You understand this is a binding contract. A copy of the waiver will be included in your Confirmation documents.

You may join or renew your membership and pay your dues at the same time you register for the Gathering. If you are not a member, you must join our organization. If you are a member, you have the option to renew at this time; however, it is not required (for members only).
A late fee of $65 will be added automatically for registrations submitted after July 15.
If you plan to use the bus transportation, please reserve your seat(s) and pay at the same time you register for the Gathering. You may change your bus assignments later if needed, but this ensures that a seat is reserved for you. Changes to bus reservations made after July 1 will incur a $5.00 administrative change fee and can be made by emailing or calling the Business Office.
Changes to your initial registration cannot be made online but will be handled by contacting the Business Office directly. Any upgrades or downgrades made after you submit your initial registration will be subject to a $15.00 administrative change fee.
Confirmation documents along with other Gathering information will be issued to you separately. Electronic and Electronic Plus members: your Confirmation documents will be uploaded to your Directory profile in our Online Directory. These members may request our À la carte service and pay $10.00 to have their Confirmation documents mailed to them. Printed Media members: your Confirmation documents will be mailed to you separately which are included in your membership fees - please allow up to 30 days to receive your Confirmation documents.
Reserve your set of linens when you register online! (Optional; you may bring your own.)

NOTE: If you reserve a set of linens to rent, you will NOT be charged the rental fee until AFTER the Gathering has concluded and you've returned the rented items. The rental fee of forty-eight dollars ($48.00) will be charged to your credit card after the Business Administrator returns to the office in Arizona upon completion of the Gathering.

Bus Transportation Schedule & Prices

Below is the schedule of buses for the 2008 Gathering. Please check your preference and register to reserve your seat on a bus when you submit your Gathering Registration Form to the Business Office.

You will receive a separate Bus Confirmation Letter in July.
Fares are $43.00 each way. Payment is required with the Gathering Registration Form.
Bus reservations will not be taken if received after August 1. Reservations made after July 15 must be paid by credit card, only.
Bus cancellations are subject to a $5.00 cancellation fee.
Changes to bus reservations made after the Bus Confirmation Letter is sent are subject to a $5.00 administrative change fee and availability cannot be guaranteed.
The bus rate is subject to a fuel surcharge and, if imposed, will be collected at the time you board the bus.

TRAVEL TIME: When arranging your return flight, note the drive time between the Camp and Newark International airport is approximately 2 hours, depending on traffic, road construction, and weather conditions. Buses will not depart prior to their scheduled times. Please allow for additional time to be be processed through the security checkpoints at the airport.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE! We can no longer accommodate any individual who cannot make his scheduled bus and it will be up to YOU to get to camp yourself or to take a public transportation bus to Stroudsburg. If you arrive in Stroudsburg, we will send transportation to pick you up from the bus station with ADVANCE notice.
